HMA Dispatch

HMA Dispatch is an operational customer-support service provided by Hawaii Motorsports Association (“HMA”) for riders and visitors at the Kahuku riding facility.

How the Service Works

Users initiate the service by sending a text message to HMA Dispatch at (808) 818-8805 when assistance is needed.

By texting HMA Dispatch, you consent to receive SMS replies from Hawaii Motorsports Association regarding your active assistance request.

Messages may include acknowledgement of your request, requests for additional information, location or situation questions, instructions from HMA staff, assistance-status updates, and confirmation that your request has been resolved.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies depending on the nature and duration of the assistance request. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan.

Opt Out

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving SMS messages from HMA Dispatch. After opting out, you will not receive additional SMS messages unless you initiate a new conversation or otherwise provide consent again.

Emergency Services

HMA Dispatch does not replace 911 or professional emergency services. For a life-threatening emergency, contact 911 first. HMA staff may assist with locating riders, navigating the Kahuku trail system, coordinating access, and providing other operational support when available.

Privacy

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the HMA Privacy Policy at ridehma.org/pages/privacy-policy.

Availability

HMA Dispatch availability may depend on park operating status, staff availability, cellular service, and other conditions. Delivery of SMS messages is not guaranteed, and mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
